Another whirlwind week, that's too much of a blur to even write much. We had bye on Tuesday though, that was nice, I just did a ton of little things around here-along the dishes and laundry lines but it just felt good to do things that needed to be done. Thursday we played at Cedar, my freshman killed them, maybe I should've eased up a little but I just want my kids to play hard...and they did. Plus we were the only team that won. So, we needed to avoid the sweep with an exclamation point...and maybe I'm a jerk. Oh well.
Saturday I went to the stake relief society meetings. 2/3 of it was awesome (that 3rd little presentation we went to was a little out there...but I still learned stuff even at that one) but the bigger more fun project on the day was putting together little guy's crib

My Parents were tend'n Ann cuz Ky and Kami left for the weekend, they brought her up yesterday and then we tended this morning while they went to church. She's cute and fun and holy cow-busy- but it was a good time. I don't know if you ever feel like your ready to be parents, but a few hours with a 9 month old and I'd vote NO, not ready for us. Isaac was hoping she'd just take a nap, it was pretty funny-and didn't happen. And our house for SURE isn't kid ready. Check out these fun toys...

Dirty Shoes, flip flops, work gloves, those papers all over the floor, the (now empty) magazine rack...she checked out EVERYTHING.

Little Guy!

This little profile pic is probably my favorite, it just makes me think he's so cute...I'm pretty sure of it actually!

Everyday if coach goes to Wendy's for lunch he brings me back a baked potato, even if I've already eat'n, and he says "I don't want little guy to be scrawny." So I like this picture of his arm-he looks tough

And I just like this. I love him lots already!

Names I like:
Kannon-I've liked it since I was a teenager, been dead set on it actually, but life's crazy at this point I'm not so sure.
Grant-I just like it, it just seems like a strong name.
Matthew-but shortened to Matt...probably my favorite bible name:)
and K names...mostly anything that starts with k and ends in n...

Names Isaac likes:
???
He likes Bible names
and He likes family names but I'm pretty sure he's wide open at this point

Just a quick Sunday post.
Monday was so nice, I could use a 3 day weekend every weekend. We just buzzed around here and got weekend errand type stuff done. The highlight of Tuesday was getting to see little guy. Who needs a prep? Not me when seeing little guy was an option! We even got some 3D pics this time, I loved it when we got to see him stick his tongue in and out -Isaac missed that part:(. It was sweet-technology is pretty cool. I might even have to post some pics, but I'll have to scan them in at school. We played Hurricane Tuesday, and PV on Thursday, same story everyone but varsity won. I feel really bad for coach! Basketball is just so much more fun to coach when ya win once in a while. By time I got to the weekend all my body cared about was catching up on sleep, it was so nice. Saturday we had dinner at Matt and Nichole's, it was fun to see them and get to visit, then tonight we had dinner at our neighbors across the street (Daniel and Lindsey) They are nice we should do more with them. Life just gets busy...and we're staring another week right in the face but...oh well-here we go!

Monday...that was so long ago I have no idea what happened. Oh yeah, we watched part of the National Championship game with my dad. We came home and Isaac watched the rest (I think) on the computer and I went to bed. Tuesday we played at Snow Canyon. Everyone but varsity won, its always fun to go there and see old friends and coaches. Wed Isaac had scouts but I came home to this...

So cute! I love this guy! Here's the note...

Thursday we played Canyon View Friday Isaac did the auction thing, and selling conveyor belt thing. I was just happy to have made it through another week of school. Saturday Shawn came down to get the car Isaac had bought and he helped Isaac move in our new dresser. It's cute huh?
He did a good job! We might have to switch out the clock...since all the other furniture matches now :)

He helped my dad work cows again (so nice), and worked on the dishwasher (that will be awesome to have again), we had a little nap (I love those) and made it to the Temple yesterday and that just about wraps up the week.

Sunday's slipping away from me so I better post quickly...really I had great intentions of scrap booking the ultra-sound pictures of little guy tonight, at least the blogging is going to happen-
I really wish I had a picture to post of the guys all working cows yesterday, I love it when Isaac helps my dad, he loves doing it, and my dad loves his help, its pretty much a win all the way around. I am however SO GLAD you can't post a smell! I took a car to Cedar for Isaac and then just did a little Wal-mart shopping there until he could come get me, he hurried for me but it might have been the worst drive of my life! All over him and in the car was the awful smell of smoke, burnt hair, and cow manure-and there was blood splattered everywhere (on him-not the car). GROSS! So nice of him to hurry to come get me, next time I think it would be nicer for him to shower first!
Mostly it was just nice to have him back, he went to Emery County Monday and didn't come home until 4:00 Friday morning-my alarm for early morning practice was set for 4:30. So really I didn't get to see him at all until Friday night, I missed him, I don't dig the working out of town thing and I just prayed really extra hard while he was gone that he will be able to find some work that he's happy doing.
For me mostly basketball this week, my Freshman beat Cedar and got drilled by Dixie, the varsity was opposite. I hate losing! Bout it.
Isaac's reading the paper out loud to me...I think I better go listen.

1 Year!

Pretty Fun for me to get to post on our Anniversary. We've had a great day, really-we've had a great year. I asked Isaac his best memory so far the other day, he said "one of them would have to be when we were playing on the beach in Hawaii" and he's right, that was SO fun!
We've definitely learned a lot too (and I thought I had life figured out HA!)
This week:
Monday (we were in Emery County) and by time we got up his mom was already gone to work, so we stripped the rest of wall paper in her bathroom with our nephew Ethan so she can repaint it, it was fun-Isaac tends to make you think projects are fun. He had Ethan convinced until he squirted him in the face, I'm not so sure about him running off our help. The rest of that day he worked with Jesse and I just hung out with the in-laws.
Tuesday we came home, after Isaac finished up the dresser. I was going to take a picture of it, but I was going to wait until it was in our room (so as not to provide evidence of how messy our garage really is).
Wed?? I can't remember, but we played Diamond Ranch and Parowan on Thursday, my kids ran away with both games. They always want to say "Ball'n" which I think is stupid, so we told them they can say it if they score 75 points, they did, (that's a ton for a girls game, especially freshman girls) so they got to say it -just in the locker room- whatever, it made them happy.
Friday we had Jill and Devin over for dinner, it was fun and cute little Ryker provided the entertainment. We made it to New York's New Year-and figured that was more than good enough! (Then today at church we found out one of favorite couples in the ward-totally older- stayed out until 2:15 AM...maybe we're lame, but I think we're good with it either way.) Yesterday, we watched the Rose Bowl, we usually pick different teams but it was kind of fun both cheering for TCU, and it was a good game. We were going to go out to dinner and have a little date night for our anniversary, but somehow (really I picked it) date night turned into ordering Pizza and watching more football. The second game wasn't near as good but I think we still had fun. Today late church, but all morning to spend together, the year to reflect on and all the the years to look forward to.
It's been a great break!

Christmas Pics

Christmas Morning at the Frei house!

We always try to take a picture of ourselves in the matching pajamas, this time the camera was set up on the high chair and I was in charge of hitting the timer button then bail'n on to the couch, here's what we got:

I hid Ky in this one, whoops.

I just love this picture of Ann and my mom, they both just have a little twinkle in their eye.

Just hang'n out.

Grama Cottam bought these Santa hats, of course me'n Ky would be the ones to wear'm. I have a picture of us both with them on from high school too-some people never grow up.

I took the camera to Emery County but no pics :(
