Hmm another week, I don't have any pictures but I was going to take one of our front yard and the MESS we get to pay $4,500 for... but I didn't and now they actually have the curbing in so it looks like there's a purpose for it. Maybe later. Isaac's always wanted his own pond-after yesterday's rain he had it-right in the front yard!
The best part of the week was he was here, 2 weeks in row with my man, it was great! I sure can't remember much that happened though. Friday night he camped out with the scouts, so I tended Ann. She was not happy about going to bed and I got a little dose of the reality that is headed my way, it was still fun in a way though, I just like that kid! The second best thing this week was I ordered the printed version of our blog from 2010. I'm really excited about it, I think of it as our family journal and now we'll have the print version. I didn't post much in 2010, so it didn't cost much, I'm a little worried about keeping up with it in the future but-probably not something I need to lose sleep about just yet. I learned a few tricks too though, like if I'm posting multiple pictures if there's text in-between them they leave it that way but if not, they'll put the pictures sided by side=less space :) I'm a tight wad!
Bout it, if I think of anything else I'll have to add it in later.

We spent the week in Huntington, Isaac worked and honestly...I didn't do much-so not a ton to post about but here's some pics (they're more fun anyway)
Here's some fun to clothes and jammers for little guy from Grama Ison:
I really liked the little dozer for Isaac and the baseball one (a little more me) mostly just comfy PJ's on the others...and I'm not sure why I didn't notice my camera strap in the bottom one. Whoops.

and my mom said that the pictures of Billy just weren't doing him justice...so here's some more...
Just Billy... then me and Billy I did pet Billy-and try to feed him asparagus-with GLOVES ON!

Isaac and Billy! I love remembering how happy Isaac was messing around with the goat and its even better just on the computer through the pictures. No goat in the back yard!! Then "Cute little Ann" (that's what Isaac always calls her) and Grama came to see Billy, she was so funny.

The Allred's (notice coach isn't close enough to the goat to be in the pictures...-he's no dummy)

Greetings from Emery County-check out this cute pic of Isaac and Ethan arm wrestling I found on his mom's computer. I loved it!

I'm supposed to be working on lesson plans...but blogging just had so much greater appeal, plus you might have read enough about the goat but I have more to tell!
Sunday Isaac had to stay after church for a temple recommend interview because his mom and I both washed his wallet, it survived (sort of) the first but not the second. Anyway, so I came home because the Allred’s were coming over to see Billy. Only thing…as I was pulling up Billy was trotting across the street. CRUD!!!!!!! So I RAN (pregnant lady in a dress I'm sure it was quite a sight) in the house to grab some bread-cuz that’s what Billy likes- and head down the street after him. Bruce, our neighbor is driving up the street, parks his truck in the middle of the intersection, and I swear I wish I had a picture of him in his suit in a perfect basketball defensive stance trying to herd the goat. Who just turned and headed out the street the other way. Anyway I caught up to Bruce, gave him the bread, and we caught up to the goat (thanks to a fence we weren’t making any progress before the fence) so then Bruce walks…lugs…drags…whatever you want to call it the stinky/filthy goat clear back to our yard (probably 3-4 blocks) and waits for me to go in the house find the drill unscrew the makeshift pen from the shed so I could get the cable out and tie the goat back up. I’m so thankful for his help! In the meantime his wife pulls up behind his truck in the intersection-can’t figure out what the heck is going on, the nonmember neighbor guy gets in his truck and moves it then we see him when we’re walking back and all he can say is “ONLY in IVINS” I laugh and Bruce tells me essentially that I’m making our town look bad, I quickly dish blame on Isaac who by the way is peacefully enjoying the Sabbath!!! We owe Bruce big…I think we’ll start with a gift certificate to the dry cleaners-cuz his suit is going to need it!
Anyway I’m barely home, still standing in the back yard in my church clothes and the Allred’s pull up-it looked like I was just out there waiting for them to come. Yeah Right! At any rate-they got to see the goat. Coaches assessment “Billy’s a little ‘SPECIAL’”… understatement . Isaac got there eventually and said “you were supposed to not worry about it if he was out, or you were going to call Burton…remember?” Whoops, nope, I’d forgotten those plans when the goat we were responsible for was trotting down the street. Later we walked the goat back down to Burtons (probably only 5 blocks seriously the stupid thing was almost home) and all I could think was “Only in Ivins” which was Coach Cannon's comment verbatim when he called in the middle of it and asked what I was up to. Here’s the pic the only thing really missing is my prego self holding Isaac’s hand-somebody had to take the picture!

It was not funny at all when I was tracking the goat down but after that-all you can do is laugh. Burton has a handful of other goats that I saw when we dropped Billy off, they all look normal. My assessment...Billy’s a LOT “SPECIAL!”

Meet Billy

Our week started and ended with Billy... Oh the stories I could tell.
(Isaac has wanted a goat since before Christmas -Santa did oblige-)
Monday, Isaac was SO excited he's arranged with Burton to borrow his goat for the week. Monday evening I was asleep on the couch when Isaac came in and told me he was here, and he was taking the trailer back. Before he got back the neighbor our walking had seen the goat 2 blocks away, tried to herd it back, and came running to tell Isaac-who wasn't home, so me. I was so stressed, but after that...all laughs...NEVER a dull Moment when Isaac is here! (Tons of dull moments when he's out of town.) Isaac checked on that dang goat 25 times that night. "He not eat'n, I just feel better about it when he's eat'n." Or "Every time I look at him he just puts his head down" I reply "Honey, you're shining a light in his eyes" Anyway it was hysterical and I was just SO Sad that this was the only picture I got-Isaac feeding the goat cookies.
Monday night the wind HOWLED, was was sure we were going to have boxes all over the back yard and meant to check Tuesday morning, Tuesday Isaac headed north very early. I forgot to check on the boxes, didn't even think about checking on the goat back there -my only job was to water it at night and Isaac was going to remind me- and I took off for work. Tuesday during lunch I called Isaac to make sure he'd made it safe, he did, but was so disheartened as he told me "Billy's not going to live at our house anymore, I guess he's just not the kind of goat that likes to be tied up." He's gotten away again and Burton had to go find him, so that was that. And the week went by...End of the quarter, yuck I hate that time every quarter, and of course people popping off about my belly or reaching out to touch it, or the girl that wanted to make up for her 30% F from last quarter, so frustrating, plus Isaac was gone...LONG WEEK! But I did finally bind his Quilt that he got for Christmas.
Friday was Ann's B-day, I went to the little shin dig, and Friday night Isaac came home. It was good to have him back!! (and I'll go with him this next week cuz its spring break)
Saturday-beautiful day! Such a pretty Southern Utah morning. By Mid morning, Billy was back! Just for two days this time. We just worked the the yard together, I pruned the heck out of the rose bush, Isaac was mowing and Billy "Billy is like the 3rd man" Helping with the weeds, so I have lots of pics. Isaac is SO FUNNY watching him, he'll give me a play by play "He's eat'n again, now maybe he's going to lay down, oh-ya dumb goat you can't lay down if your that far away from your stake, I've never seen him drink, oh there he's getting a drink, now he's eat'n again, he's move'n on to the mustard weed now..." It is seriously so funny, I just like how much fun Isaac has with the dumb goat.
We had to leave him which I was a little nervous about because we'd been watching him all morning and I said to Isaac "Billy could entertain us all day (breath-if even that long-) oh crap, honey he just broke loose." So he'd got away...AGAIN. But Isaac caught him and assured me it was just because the cable clamp had been loose and we left, Isaac went to buy some natural gas tanks for Big Green and dropped me off at my mom's. She had been out yard sale'n and got some fun things for little guy and I went to the plant store with her, we had delicious dinner (and watched the Cougs get killed) with my folks it was fun and I (not even Isaac) kept telling them goat stories. Anyway we were happy he was still here when we got back. This morning Isaac built him a little pen. That's about it...this post is super long (I was discipline though and got my RS lesson ready to go before blogging) I've got a ton a pictures, but its time to get ready for church so I'll probably just post a few then collage some of the rest later.

Sometimes the Blog is a little bit of a vent...
I am so ornery right now I probably shouldn't blog! Actually that might be pregnancy symptom #1 for me. I'm just a grouch. Three specific times this week I did want to post and all I wanted to say was "I hate people!" not all people, just certain people when they do certain things, like:
YIKES I just typed it all out...all if it...30 minutes worth, but it not really worth posting, I felt better after my little vent and I think I'll feel better in the long run for deleting it.
Monday Isaac headed to Emery County I had a big babysitting job tending Ann that night-she's so cute, I tried to take a picture of us...

but then my phone became toy #1. It was fun but I think in general I went too fast too hard too long that day-I was in sad shape Monday night-and it sucked extra bad being home alone. Tuesday I got our taxes done and went to the RS Birthday Party Fiesta of Friendship. So it was a busy but productive day. Wednesday was Mom Ison's b-day, but we kind of missed it, whoops, Happy late Birthday MOM if by chance your reading our blog. Wed Isaac came home just in time for scouts, I was happy he brought his scout here and they just worked on a PPT for some merit badge-at least I got to see him. Thursday night was the basketball banquet-always stressful and nice to be done with. We didn't do those banquets when I was in High School just one big BBQ at the end of the year, I like that better. Anyway, it went fine, we'll call it a success! Friday Isaac went to the auction and then flew to Phoenix to buy a truck, so know we have Big Green and Little Green.

Big Green is also supposed to be a natural gas vehicle-its just not hooked up right now. It was a bit of an adventure and he wasn't very happy with the people he was buying it from but we think its going to be okay-just wished we would have planned a little better, we could have both gone down, watched my Cubbies play a spring training game (and caught some sun) and then come back but oh well (and if that would have been the case he might not have bought it at all) Anyway. Saturday we cleaned out the trailer so Andee and Lars can use it to move stuff from Emery County.
Here's the pile of boxes in the yard-we're hoping for no (Normal) Ivins wind before the next Ivins clean up day rolls around. And those weeds...perfect for a goat...says Isaac!
And the cords in the back of the truck-quite a loot! After we snagged breakfast at my moms (it was family breakfast day but we kind of missed the family part of it because cleaning the trailer out came up last minute) then Isaac went riding with Phillip. He had fun, I ran a few errands, watched a little soccer, and had a little nap. Then we went to Josiah's baptism. It was pretty cool, Jacob baptized him. Anyway we had dinner at Barb and Jer's before heading to Heidi's reception. We don't go to very many of those but this one we couldn't miss. I'd tried so hard so set those two up! It didn't work then, but I guess the timing just wasn't right. The rest of the night I already vented about, then deleted! Today we're going to eat with Kami and Ky. Bout it...long though... oh well there's no rule that says anybody has to read it!
