Then, this fall Isaac's good friend Nick is going to bring his son and come out here on a little hunting trip so Isaac bought some bags of corn and we dropped them off at a guy in our ward's place where they're going to hunt. He's a funny old timer, he says "dadgum" about everything. We visited for a few minutes but probably would have stayed HOURS if I didn't chase Isaac out of there reminding him that I still had to go to the grocery store before womens conference. Awe... women's conf-Isaac kept all 3 boys. It was a wonderful little break for me and such good messages! I really loved it.
Sunday we survived. Do I write that every week? It seems like it, but the good news is we keep surviving. I went to our meeting, Isaac sent Bro Gilchrist in his place then he brought the boys himself. (That's two breaks for me in two days if you're counting-awesome!) They were about 20 minutes late, but that's life when the little guy has a blowout on the way out the door-I get it. Cann Man gave a talk in primary on "I can be a missionary now." He did a great job! I was proud of him and Colt was begging for a turn to do the same. I just said "talk to sister Farnsworth" I love her! She's the best secretary (really best person) anyone could ask for! And Sunday she was the only other presidency person there. So it was Lyndi conduct, Lyndi help her own kid with his talk (not much though cuz he did great) then Lyndi sharing time. I don't know about those kids, but I was sick of me. Oh well.
Sunday after church Isaac got down on the floor to play with Tan-that turned into a little snooze. It was a short one but then he left to go visiting...that is NEVER short. Holy Cow, but when I had to drive out to Milan this week I was like-oh this is why, it take 45 minutes to get there. I think he was really gone 4+ hours, they visited like 2 people. Oh well. When I get smiles like this...

Life is pretty darn good, I have nothing to complain about. Monday Cann didn't have school, but I can't remember that we did anything too fun, I guess we met some friends at the park and Isaac came for a little picnic too, that was fun. The boys found some little "reward" stickers in the back of a workbook Cannon has. They were all about rewarding themselves, asking me if it says "wow" or "great" or "super" or whatever and letting Tanner get in on it too.

Life is exhausting around here! Cuz the above pic was not even a school day! My disaster last week gave my boys a chance to bond watching dent removal videos on youtube. Hmm. After several video I was thinking he was going to try and fix it himself, but we're going to have someone do it. I was fine with not fixing the van but Isaac explained that ultimately some day we'll sell it, we won't sell it without fixing it, so we might has well get it fixed now.

Colt and I have past some time with the costume box this week. With any luck Cannon would just be the man in the man yellow hat and I'd be done. But they have dreams of a Martial Eagle and a Hawk (or Paragon Falcon) We'll see...I had said "eh, lets just borrow a couple of Noah and Zach's costumes we're going to be in Utah right before anyway." Then a few days later Cannon said "Mom, I don't want to go to Utah." Umm Problem. When I asked why he said he wanted to be an eagle for Halloween. Fine. I make the eagle costume (or try) but what I told him was "We'll see." Colt however says several time a week "I weddy to doe to damaw and dampa's house." And look at Tan, he's ready too!

The evenings were pretty busy this week. I had visiting teaching, then activity days one day. We had a school of business get together and primary baptism one day. We also went to a guy in the other ward's house and he straightened out my neck-I had fallen asleep in the chair when I was up with Tanner and it was in sorry shape but its totally better, I think I could get into that "naturalist" healing stuff. Our bodies are pretty darn amazing! Anyway he was cool guy we loved chatting with him and I can turn by head now so that's a win. He worked on Isaac a little to just getting him all lined out. Isaac had met him on a Wednesday night at the church seen him work on someone, he was pretty impressed so then we just talked about it and decided hey yeah we want to try this. Maybe its all part of living here in osteopathic land. Who knows.
Our kids are my favorite thing! They are so funny. Colt and I were looking at old blog posts trying to decide if Tanner looked more like him or more like Cannon and we found the cutest movie of Cann Man reading the scriptures. His little voice, so cute, it was so Cann Man but SOOOO different. Don't blink these boys are grow'n up on me. As soon as we watched it, Colt wanted to make a movie of him reading the scriptures, we did, but I didn't get a good one. We'll try again because I want to be able to look back and hear his little voice too (and stutters-even though he's getting better- and his goofy little lip smack thing.) One night this week after being zonked all night long Colton woke up when I went to tell Cannon it was time to get up and going (we often have to force Cannon to go back to bed and stay there until reasonable hour-on a rare occasion we're lucky and he falls back to sleep) anyway I go to get Cannon, Colt very groggy says "I stay awake all night." I said "oh really, you didn't sleep at all?...you're going to need a nap for sure" then a few minutes later Isaac says "How'd you sleep?" And he says "Good." Hmm little more accurate. He's just a hoot.
Tanner must be cut'n some teeth, nights and nap times have been a little rough. The smiles make up for it though.
I think that's about it. The house is quiet and I end up rambling so what I thought was going to be a quick little post gets kind of long. Oh well. I did notice when Colt and I were reading old posts I'm a lot more candid of a blogger these days. I don't know if that's a good thing or not...Ok maybe I do know
Maybe I should "temper" the blog sometimes...
Not tonight.
And speaking of sound I want to remember, I didn't get the best of this laughing--but you'll get the idea.
